Eric Ohlsson (1910 - 2000) Weather Vane
This is a great old weather vane made by Eric Ohlsson of Boulder Junction, Wisconsin. Eric made quite a few folk art pieces. This was originally used as a functioning weathervane on a building on Eric's property for years. This great example of folk art features serrated metal fins and what appear to be old metal button eyes.
Signed and dated 11/96 on bottom. 22" long and 12" high with base.
