Otto Bishop, Sr.

This is a rather unusual example of a fish decoy from Otto's fold art period (mid 1980's). It is 7 1/2" long and shows light wear. Otto's code stamped on the bottom lead (50 - 21 - 84) indicates it was made in 1984.
